Main car rental locations are located at Lambert St. Louis International Airport; however, there are also local rental locations all around the metro area including Downtown and the suburbs.  It is best to check the company website or call their customer service for best option/location related to your convenience of where you choose to stay and the means through which you travel into town.

TIP:  Before you rent a car or hire a car service to be sure you check with your hotel.  Many hotels near the hospital have a shuttle service for guests for transportation to the Airport or local attractions.  If not in high demand for airport travel, they may consider transporting you to the Hospital.
